Shipping Policy

All items are carefully packaged and shipped from Montana.

• Processing Time:
  Ready-to-ship items will be mailed within 3–5 business days.
  Custom or made-to-order pieces will ship within the timeframe discussed at the time of purchase.
• Shipping Method:
  Orders are shipped via USPS (or similar carrier) with tracking provided once your item has shipped.
• Delivery Times:
  Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays. Once your package has shipped, I am not responsible for postal delays.
• Lost or Stolen Packages:
  Fredrickson Silver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
• Incorrect Addresses:
  If an item is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
