I want you to love your piece from Fredrickson Silver. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos so I can make it right.

Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations are part of the design and not considered defects.

Custom Orders

All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-refundable.

Custom items are created specifically for you based on your preferences, including design, size, and stone selection. Because of this, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has begun.

I will always communicate clearly throughout the process to ensure your piece meets expectations before completion.

If your custom item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so I can address the issue.
